Lulubelle’s cake shop – fascia signwriting Poole
Lulubelles is a nice little cake shop located at Canford Cliffs, Poole. They have been missing a sign for a while and asked me to make them a hand-painted fascia sign they could remove if they ever changed premises. I made the sign with exterior ply and timber frame and painted with gloss. For the signwriting I mixed 1shot poster colour with 1shot Lettering Enamel to make a satin style finish. It was a fun job to do as I was given the shops design artwork and free reign in regards to what artwork I used and the layout. The difficult part was installing it as it is reinforced with timber on the rear making it quite heavy, I had help from my friend and we managed to get it fitted securely. It’s definitely the brightest sign in the street, it’s the second fascia signwriting I’ve painted on that on that road but there’s always room for more!
